Project Brief
This project is to redesign the Graphic Design Theory book initially published and edited by Helen Joseph Armstrong in 2009. As an academic material, it has become a textbook for many students in the graphic design field. This book includes many articles from the legends in the graphic design field spanning a whole century. To me, this material has some authorship disposition. I took some inspiration from the article Designer As Author written by Michael Rock, explored autographs from each author in this book, and applied them to my final visual design. The target audience are graphic design students from the worldwide area.
